Sustainability
We believe that with a little extra effort, we can make a big difference in how we take care of the environment as well as our community. From partnering with local farmers to eliminating single-use plastic in our kitchen, and cooking with seasonal ingredients, we do our best to make informed choices that have a positive impact – be it big or small.

Meet Our Team
Elm is a restaurant by chefs Carlos Henriques (Portugal), Albert Franch Sunyer (Spain), and Luka Balac (Serbia), also the trio behind Nolla and Nolita. Our approach to hospitality is shaped by responsibility, quality, and the warmth of our Southern European roots—values that guide us and our team across all three restaurants.

Puistokatu 4
Our restaurant is housed in a historic villa dating back to 1880, within Puistokatu 4 – a Space for Science and Hope. This forward-thinking space fosters research, collaboration, and events, bringing together people from various fields to drive meaningful change.
Puistokatu 4 is a collaboration between the Tiina and Antti Herlin Foundation and the Maj and Tor Nessling Foundation, who own the building. Our restaurant is located on the first floor and is fully accessible, with lifts, wheelchair-friendly restrooms, and a ramp at the entrance.
