We take pride in using Finnish seasonal vegetables as the foundation of our menu, prioritising produce from local farmers whenever possible.
To reduce waste, we use returnable boxes for our deliveries, which travel back and forth between us and the farms.

With a menu rooted in colourful Mediterranean flavours, local sourcing isn’t always an option for us. But thanks to our strong ties in Portugal, Serbia and Catalonia, we have been able to build a network of dedicated farmers who share our values. We stick to produce from within Europe and follow the seasons—using ingredients only when they’re at their best.
For seafood, we prioritise fresh Finnish lake fish and responsibly sourced EU varieties, such as Swedish mussels and octopus from Portugal. We only choose certified options and say no to trawler-caught fish. Our meat comes from small Finnish farms such as Hongola Gård and Thorsvik for beef, and Viltgård for deer. These partnerships ensure quality, responsibility and continued support for local producers.
