We prioritise energy-efficient cooking methods, starting with tools like the pressure cooker. By sealing in steam, it cooks food faster, uses less energy, and enhances flavour—especially in our stocks. We’ve also cut out cling film, foil, and vacuum bags. Instead, our chefs rely on lids, timing, and skill—especially when it comes to grilling.
